Cecilia is a piercer and permanent makeup artist, born in Guadalajara, Jalisco and raised in the DMV. With a degree in Sociology and a passion for both mental and physical health, she helps clients feel aligned inside and out through her craft. Always learning and refining her skills, Cecilia focuses on anatomy, placement, and smooth healing to create beautiful results in a safe, sterile environment.
